Saturday: 30 Minutes Breath prior to breakfast
Saturday morning: Hikinf to Ameisenalm and lunch

Pilates
Feldenkrais® method is based on early childhood movement sequences. By changing the neurocortex and relearning ergonomic movements, pain and stress in everyday life are avoided.
