<p><strong>Mein Weg zur Expertin für Frauenfitness über 40</strong></p>
<p>Nachdem ich jahrelang 2-3 Mal am Tag trainiert hatte, die Jahre vergingen und ich älter wurde, <strong>veränderte sich mein Körper</strong>.<br />
Obwohl ich mittlerweile keinen Leistungssport mehr machte und weniger trainierte, als früher, wachte ich nachts mehrmals <strong>schweißgebadet </strong>auf, war in der Früh <strong>kaputt, müde und gereizt</strong>.</p>
<p>Ich wusste nicht, was ich tun sollte. Ich wusste nur eins:  <strong>So kann es nicht weitergehen!</strong></p>
<p>​</p>
<p>Ich lief von Arzt zu Arzt. Machte Bluttest und Hormontest. <strong>Fühlte mich hilflos</strong> und verzweifelt. Ich beschloss, das Problem selbst in die Hand zu nehmen!</p>
<p>​</p>
<p>Also <strong>beschäftigte ich mich intensiv</strong><strong> </strong>mit den Themen<strong> </strong><strong>Sport, Hormone und Ernährung </strong>von Frauen ab 40. Je tiefer ich in die Themen eintauchte, desto mehr faszinierten sie mich. Mir wurde klar, was für ein <strong>unfassbares Potenzial</strong> dahintersteckt, wenn du weißt, wie du als Frau funktionierst. Wenn du <strong>MIT statt GEGEN deinen Körper arbeitest</strong>.</p>
<p>​</p>
<p>Ich passte meine Ernährung an die Bedürfnisse als Frau ab 40 an, machte Adaptionen in meinem Training, entwickelte eine ganzheitliche Methode, mein <strong>eigenes Programm</strong> und gründete meinen <strong>Fit mit 40 Podcast</strong>, um Frauen Mut zu machen, sich selbst zu helfen. Als <strong>weltweit eine der ersten Frauen</strong> schloss ich im Sommer 2023 die Ausbildung zum<strong> Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist</strong> ab. Ein Meilenstein für mich um dich mit den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und <strong>State-Of-The-Art Know-How</strong> optimal auf deinem Weg unterstützen zu können.</p>

<p>Welcome to the first of a series of 21 day challenges! <strong>Developing Awareness</strong></p>

<li><em>What do these challenges involve? </em></li>
</ol>
<p>There will be 21 days of video presentations; a short talk and then a guided meditation. Along with following these videos each day there will suggested challenges for you to follow during the day.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Full immersion</strong> into this challenge is ideal and would involve following the videos and completing the other parts of the challenge suggested each day. Time wise this would be approx.. 30 minutes of video plus another hour or practice during the day.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Laid back immersion </strong>those with limited time can complete the challenge through simply following the video each day.</p>

<p>This first developing awareness challenge is designed to bring the joyful art of meditation into your life. Whether a new meditator or someone having experience, these 21 days will give you a comprehensive springboard into meditation practice. You will learn the basic meditation techniques, how to develop them, the mental capacities required, the obstacles to meditation practice and how to overcome them.</p>

<p>Tenzin has practised in all the major Buddhist traditions in India, Burma, Thailand and Sri Lanka, translated various works from Tibetan to English and served as translator for many renowned Tibetan masters. Qualified in both western psychological (Bsc.) and eastern spiritual traditions (Ba. and Masters) he can combine and utilize the best in both these disciplines to enable us to bring joy into our minds and thereby our lives. He has been leading and involved in over 100 retreats all over the world for the past 25 years bringing long term transformation to people’s lives. More recently Tenzin has been specifically working within cancer and other chronic disease clinics enabling this vital element to healing within many patients.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Tenzin has gained a deep knowledge of mental well-being techniques and meditation through years of dedicated study and practise. Tenzin has trained for over 35 years including spending 15 years as a monk alongside HH Dalai Lama in India. Initially he was 3 years in meditation retreat in the mountains and then spent 12 years in the Dalai Lama’s monastery studying in depth up to PHD level. He is one of only a few westerners to have ever had this incredible privilege studying the traditional Tibetan language monastic curriculum. After this period and with the Dalai Lama’s instruction and blessings Tenzin decided he wanted to use his knowledge and experience to help others alleviate their suffering and achieve their best life possible. It is this mission which has set Tenzin on this path to help you find peace, happiness, and fulfilment through mental well-being.</p>

<p>Movement Meditation &#8211; Arts of Taiji is a form of movement based on various forms of Taiji and Qigong movement.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>It is important with MM that the movement is carried out holistically.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The focus here is on concentrating the mind with the body through breathing.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>What do you mean with that?:</p>
<p>The breath directs the mind, the mind directs the body, the body in turn directs the movement and the movement is in harmony with the breath. This closes the circle with a correct execution of MM.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In addition, MM promotes the ability to concentrate and “self-awareness”, strengthens the immune system and gives us the opportunity to practice the exercises anywhere in the world at any time of the day or night.</p>

			<h4>About Kwang-Jin Park</h4>
<p>Mr. Kwang Jin Park is a certified Korean tea ceremony and meditation master who has been teaching and engaged in Kigong, Taiji, Aiki / Neigong, KTM and Danjon meditation for about 30 years and has achieved several master’s degrees in the process. He was lucky enough to learn from some great masters in their field. Mr. Park lives in Seoul / South Korea and teaches there at various institutions and private individuals. The KTM is a further development of Mr. Park from his many years of experience in the various disciplines as well as experience gained through his lessons.</p>

<p>Every monday Tenzin has a live meditation to &#8220;mindfulness in meditation and daily life&#8221;, which takes place ftom 07.30 to 08.00 am Viena time and then available the whole week under VIDOES until next monday. Whereas Amalia is offering the most wonderful short Feldenkrais® sessions &#8220;micro moves&#8221; to repeat as many times as you like and conciously, mindfully during the day. Every day there are new moves from Amalia to practice mindfulness. The idea is to combine the meditation with the micro moves during the day. Both videos are available under time schedule- online booking / Videos. ENJOY.</p>
<p>Definition of mindfulness according to buddhist teaching is a tool to help you meditate. it is the ability to remain vigilant, to not forget your virtuous or neutral objective attention.</p>

			<p>Tenzin has practised in all the major Buddhist traditions in India, Burma, Thailand and Sri Lanka, translated various works from Tibetan to English and served as translator for many renowned Tibetan masters. Qualified in both western psychological (Bsc.) and eastern spiritual traditions (Ba. and Masters) he can combine and utilize the best in both these disciplines to enable us to bring joy into our minds and thereby our lives. He has been leading and involved in over 100 retreats all over the world for the past 25 years bringing long term transformation to people’s lives. More recently Tenzin has been specifically working within cancer and other chronic disease clinics enabling this vital element to healing within many patients.</p>
