21 day Challenge – transforming our minds and bringing joy back into our lives with TENZIN
Welcome to the first of a series of 21 day challenges! Developing Awareness
- What do these challenges involve?
There will be 21 days of video presentations; a short talk and then a guided meditation. Along with following these videos each day there will suggested challenges for you to follow during the day.
Full immersion into this challenge is ideal and would involve following the videos and completing the other parts of the challenge suggested each day. Time wise this would be approx.. 30 minutes of video plus another hour or practice during the day.
Laid back immersion those with limited time can complete the challenge through simply following the video each day.
- What is the aim of this particular 21 day challenge?
This first developing awareness challenge is designed to bring the joyful art of meditation into your life. Whether a new meditator or someone having experience, these 21 days will give you a comprehensive springboard into meditation practice. You will learn the basic meditation techniques, how to develop them, the mental capacities required, the obstacles to meditation practice and how to overcome them.
Following this challenge will give you all the tools you need to not just start meditating but to grow and develop your practice something you can truly take with you throughout life.

After the registration with your email address you will recieve every day an email from us with two videos.
To booking there are two options:
- A mounthly subscripton for 108,- Euro, which will allow you additionally to join all the other live classes and watch the vidoes or all the other monthly subscriptions 3/6/12.
- or only a 21 day Meditation Subscription for 89,- Euro. We will send you every day an email with vidoes for the daily practice.

Our minds are unquestionably the most important factor which determines our happiness, meaning, security in our lives. There is no more important area in our lives which we need to work with. Achieving stable well-being in our lives is easier than most people feel and takes such a small part of our day. Like anything else regular sustained practise is the key. In these 21 sessions we will go right from the foundations of establishing this joy through to the more developed techniques that will be a resource with you for the rest of your life. Full participation will bring life changing results and may well be the best thing you’ve ever done!
Tenzin has practised in all the major Buddhist traditions in India, Burma, Thailand and Sri Lanka, translated various works from Tibetan to English and served as translator for many renowned Tibetan masters. Qualified in both western psychological (Bsc.) and eastern spiritual traditions (Ba. and Masters) he can combine and utilize the best in both these disciplines to enable us to bring joy into our minds and thereby our lives. He has been leading and involved in over 100 retreats all over the world for the past 25 years bringing long term transformation to people’s lives. More recently Tenzin has been specifically working within cancer and other chronic disease clinics enabling this vital element to healing within many patients.
Tenzin has gained a deep knowledge of mental well-being techniques and meditation through years of dedicated study and practise. Tenzin has trained for over 35 years including spending 15 years as a monk alongside HH Dalai Lama in India. Initially he was 3 years in meditation retreat in the mountains and then spent 12 years in the Dalai Lama’s monastery studying in depth up to PHD level. He is one of only a few westerners to have ever had this incredible privilege studying the traditional Tibetan language monastic curriculum. After this period and with the Dalai Lama’s instruction and blessings Tenzin decided he wanted to use his knowledge and experience to help others alleviate their suffering and achieve their best life possible. It is this mission which has set Tenzin on this path to help you find peace, happiness, and fulfilment through mental well-being.
