We invite you to take a break at the biodynamic winery TAUSS and rediscover yourself. While enjoying the magical nature of South Styria we will work everyday on different aspects of wellbeing and mindfullness. With Body Wrap, EMWorkouts, Feldenkrais, Kundalini yoga, breath and meditation practises you will experience immediate results. You will detox, purify, strengthen the heart,  boost your vigour and vitality, improve your immunity, develop mental clarity and focus and enhance your knowledge on raw vegan cooking, enabling you to integrate parts of it into your daily life if you wish.

Food and beverages: everything in 100% organic quality. There is a vegetarian breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks and evening menu (without alcoholic beverages)

Margarita was student by Lauren Walker and then developed her ownEnergy Medicine Workout technique “Breath, Move, Balance”. “At the age of 27 I had a burn out, my whole body seemed to be out of balance, I was week, couldn’t sleep or even walk up the stairs. Was allergic to all vitamins and supplements and had to take antibiotics twice or even three times a year because my immune system was not functioning either. Antidepressants was not an option for me (because I am vary sensitive and each Tablet was pain) – so I decided to find my own way out of it. I literally had to learnt to live again – because my whole energy system was running wrong. I sensed it but it still took me years to learn how to bring it into the right flow. Kundalini and various psychology theories helped me to find peace and finally EM brought me a lot of life energy. Being very sensitive I usually sense what people have and sometimes even feel their pain on my own body and as I found remedy for my self I do the same for others in need.”

Feldenkrais® method is based on early childhood movement sequences. By changing the neurocortex and relearning ergonomic movements, pain and stress in everyday life are avoided.

Hypopressive breathing technique is used to improve the pelvic floor muscles, the abdominal muscles as well as posture and general wellbeing.

Yogi Bhajan brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in 1969. In India the techniques have been practiced for thousands of years. Due to the challenges and living conditions of our time, which the so-called Aquarian Age brings with it, the ancient techniques have a high relevance.

Kundalini Yoga for our Western life
When you think of a yogi, you inevitably see the image of a venerable saddhu – a person who meditates in solitude in a cave, is fully committed to the spiritual path and leads an ascetic life. Now the practitioners in our latitude feel confronted with the daily challenges of Western life. Most of them do not live in an ashram and under the conditions of a spiritual practice. Nevertheless, people want to give yoga enough space and integrate the experiences gained in it into their lives in a sustainable way, making a lasting difference.

Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga for everyone, regardless of age, physical fitness or life circumstances. The philosophy does not demand a retreat into the inner world of meditation and enlightenment, but works on the contrary to combine spiritual discipline and everyday life. From the point of view of yoga, the soul comes to earth to have a human experience. Only a normal human life and the engagement with human experiences make this possible.

Drawing on his wealth of wisdom, Yogi Bhajan consciously decided to pass on Kundalini Yoga and meditation, as it is a form of yoga for people who have both feet on the ground. People who have to face the daily challenges of work, career, household and family.

Heat destroys many nutrients. The principle of the ‘raw foodists’ is to only eat uncooked food.  We will deal with raw food in the next few days. What is Raw food? What are the advantages? What are the downsides? How can we incorporate these simple delicacies into our daily life.
